Nationwide Consultations and Second Opinions

Our concierge consultation service is available to pet owners throughout the United States.

Virtual consultations may be used to discuss:

• Second opinions and complex medical cases
• Review of laboratory results, imaging, and medical records
• Existing diagnoses and treatment recommendations
• Chronic disease management
• Nutrition, supplements, and preventive-care planning
• Surgical and regenerative-medicine options
• Postoperative questions and recovery concerns
• Questions that arise while traveling or living away from South Florida
• Guidance regarding whether an in-person or emergency examination is necessary

We begin by gathering your pet's medical records and scheduling a virtual consultation so that we can understand your concerns, review the available information, and become familiar with your pet.

Depending on your pet's location and the laws of that state, we may provide educational guidance, medical-record review, second-opinion consultation, or collaboration with your pet's local veterinarian. Diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing are provided only when permitted by applicable veterinary regulations and when an appropriate veterinarian-client-patient relationship has been established.

Distance should not prevent you from having a knowledgeable veterinarian in your corner. Even when hands-on care must be performed locally, we can help you understand your options, prepare questions for the treating veterinarian, review recommendations, and make more confident decisions about your pet's care.

Priority Scheduling and Hospital Access

Same-Day Appointments: Same Cost

When your pet needs to be evaluated, concierge members receive priority access to same-day appointments whenever medically and operationally possible, at the same cost as a regular exam. Concierge clients are not charged the walk-in or urgent exam fee.

After-Hours Guidance

Members may contact our veterinary team after regular hospital hours for questions requiring timely guidance. Our veterinarian can remotely access your pet's medical history and provide recommendations regarding monitoring, supportive care, or the need for an emergency facility.

Concierge communication does not replace emergency veterinary care. Pets experiencing difficulty breathing, collapse, uncontrolled bleeding, seizures, toxin exposure, severe pain, abdominal distension, inability to urinate, or other life-threatening symptoms should be taken directly to an emergency hospital.

Direct Text-Based Communication

Avoid unnecessary phone calls and lengthy message chains.

Concierge members receive direct text-based access for:

• Medical questions
• Follow-up discussions
• Updates regarding an ongoing condition
• Medication and refill requests
• Review of photographs or videos when appropriate
• Questions about whether an examination should be scheduled
• Coordination of care with specialists or other veterinary hospitals

Messages are reviewed on a priority basis. Response times may vary depending on hospital responsibilities, active emergencies, and the complexity of the question.

Medication Coordination and Convenient Pickup

When medically appropriate, concierge members may request medication refills through our direct communication service.

Approved medications may be placed in our secure hospital lockbox for convenient after-hours pickup, provided that:

• The medication is available
• The prescription has been approved by the veterinarian
• A valid veterinary relationship is in place
• Any required examinations or laboratory monitoring are current
• A credit card is securely stored on file

One Membership for Your Entire Pet Family

One concierge membership covers all current pets listed under the same client account.

Whether you have one pet or a full household, our team can maintain familiarity with each animal's medical history and individual needs.

Membership

Annual Concierge Membership: $1,500

Your annual membership provides access to the concierge service for 12 months.

The membership fee covers enhanced access, communication, record review, care coordination, priority scheduling, and other concierge benefits. Examinations, diagnostics, procedures, medications, treatments, specialist services, and emergency-hospital charges are billed separately.

Members will be contacted before the end of their membership period regarding renewal.
